Returns policy.

 

At Habitat, we know you’ll love your new purchase, but we also understand that there may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us.

If you change your mind, if an item has a major problem, you may choose a refund or exchange. 

This is when your item: 

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe 

  • is significantly different from the sample or description 

  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If you wish to return an item please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. 

If you decide to return any item(s), you must return the item(s) to us within 28 days starting from date of delivery in order to receive a full refund.

Warranty against defects

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
